Conference facility hire

Half day – minimum 5 persons - R150 per person (08H00 – 12H00 or 13H00 – 17H00)

Full day – minimum 10 persons - R210 per person (08H00 – 17H00)

Or Full day at R275 per person for special lunch of curry, braai or other buffet

Half-day rate includes:

• 3 x tea/coffee breaks with biscuits, savory, pastries
• Water, cordials and mints throughout
• Standard equipment hire

Full day @R210 rate includes:

• 3 x tea/coffee breaks with biscuits, savory, pastries
• Water, cordials and mints throughout
• Standard equipment hire
• Lunch from our Café
• Burger, chips and cold drink or,
• Toasted sandwich, chips and cold drink or
• Boerewors roll, chips and cold drink or
• Hot dog, chips and cold drink.

Full day @R275 rate includes:
Same as R210 rate except lunch will be curry, braai or buffet

Data projector hire – R1100.00 Excl VAT per day

Standard equipment includes:

• Flip chart
• White board
• Pens
• Pads
• TV with VCR (on request)
